If you ever need to reset your notifications, you can set the defaults in the admincp, then run the following to clear the users custom notifications, it will then use the default options until a user updates them manually. *adjust ibf_ to the prefix as needed or remove if no prefix was used. update ibf_members set members_cache = ''
