IP.Board Skip Auto Upgrade Feature

As of 3.3.0, IP.Board will direct you to the upgrade page if there are any detected upgraded available that you have uploaded to your site, there are some third party apps that also will trigger this as well, even if there are no upgrades available. To turn this feature off you can add this line to your global_config.php file
