Outlook update bug, only first line showing.

"c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft shared\ClicktoRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462 check

This is the prior version. Then go to Office Updates (any Office app), Updates and Disable Updates temporarily.

Open an elevated command prompt (Administrator)

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun

Run the following command:

officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462
